Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your FurSpring fountain. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Eligibility

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number) is required.
• Used items, or items damaged by the customer, are not eligible for a refund.

How to start a return

Email furspring.support@gmail.com with your order number before sending anything back. We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Return shipping

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except where the item arrived defective or incorrect — in those cases we cover the cost and provide a replacement or full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or full refund.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, before they enter fulfillment. After that, the standard return policy applies.
