We ship across the United States with free shipping on every order.

Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery is 8–22 business days after processing. Because our products are shipped through global fulfillment partners, delivery times are estimates and may vary by destination.

Delays

Once an order leaves our fulfillment center, delivery is handled by third-party carriers. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our control are not the responsibility of FurSpring, though we will always help you track your order.

Wrong address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 12 hours at furspring.support@gmail.com. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an address provided incorrectly by the customer.
