These Terms of Service govern your use of FurSpring (the “Store”), operated by drprevolution (“we”, “us”). By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.

Products & pricing

We make every effort to display products and prices accurately. Prices, promotions, and availability may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected error or fraud.

Use of the product

Our products are intended for use with pets and are provided “as is.” We make no medical or health guarantees regarding your pet. Please use the product responsibly, follow the included instructions, and supervise your pet as appropriate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FurSpring and drprevolution will not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the Store or its products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Intellectual property

All content on the Store — including text, images, and branding — is our property and may not be used without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Store after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
